31) Read-Only Document

Read-Only Document: Is when the user can open, and loo at the document, but the person can't change anything, and save over the same files's name.

30) Quick Tables

Quick Tables: Are tables that are stored in building blocks, and also galleries. The user can access & reuse Quick Tables at whatever time. The Quick Tables are part of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and other products of Microsoft, in the where it says "Insert".

29) Print Queue

Print Queue: When the user want to print a lot of documents, it lines up documents, and it print the documents organized. Also the user can paused, can moved, can cancel etc. Is like a list where it show the order that the documents are printing

28) Portable Document Format (PDF)


Portable Document Format (PDF): Is a multi-platform file format, and is developed by Adobe Systems. It captures document text, fonts, images, also formatting of documents from a variety of applications.

27) Microsoft Word

Microsoft Word: Is a program word processor, which was created by Microsoft. In there the user can make a letter, another type of document. It has many tools, that are really practical for different uses. Like adding forms, adding different styles of writing, you can change the size, and do so many things more.

26) Metadata

Metadata: It describes how, when, and by who a particular set of data was get it, and also how the data is formatted. Is really important for understanding information stored in data warehouses(which is a collection of data which is for support management decision making), and it's also really important in XML based web applications.

25) Merging Cells

Merging Cells: Are special formatting which is applied to cells. Merging Cells has additional alignment options are often used to place that content somewhere inside.
