40) Worksheet
Worksheet: Is like a sheet on the computer, or just a sheet of paper. The Worksheet is where problems are worked out or solved and answers recorded.
39) Workbook
Workbook: Is a file that is used by Excel which is part of Microsoft are spreadsheet application. Each can include separate data. But Workbooks can also include many different tabs, and contents like charts, macros, and custom add-ins.

Value: The value function is part of Excel Microsoft. It converts a text value, that represents a number to a number.
37) Theme
Theme: Themes make a unified look amongst all the named styles, or graphical effects, and other themes used in a workbook.
36) Table Style
Table Style: Are found in Microsoft Office Excel, With 1, or 2 clicks the user can create great professional - looking tables.
34) Spreadsheet
Spreadsheet: Is a table of values in rows and columns. Are computer programs and it allow the user to create & manipulate spreadsheets electronically. When the user insert values, the each value goes in a cell.
33) Split
Split: In many software programs the user can split the screen to give 2 different views of the same document or also spreadsheets. This happens in programs like Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Textpad, and others.
32) SmartArt
SmartArt: Is found in Word Office, Power Point, and Excel of 2007. It work a little better in Power Point. The user can highlight any existing text, with the right click on the mouse the user can choose convert to SmartArt.
31) Sheet Tab
Sheet Tab: It appears in the bottom of the worksheet. It has the name of worksheet, and the user change its colour. If the user click on Sheet tab the user can make the sheet, an Active Sheet and the user could work on it.The user also can move the Sheet Tab of position just by dragging the Sheet Tab.

30) Row Heading
Row Heading: Is a grayish , colored column & it have the numbers used to identified every row in the worksheet. Is located in the left of the column of the worksheet.
29) Row
Row: Is the cell or range of cells, in which the user want the row number. If a reference is a range, & if the ROW is entered as vertical array row, returns the row numbers of reference as a vertical array.
28) Relative Cell References
Relative Cell References: Is found in spreadsheet applications, is a reference to a cell or a group of cells and it tells how far away is from the other cell.
27) Range
Range: Is in spreadsheet applications, 1 or more contiguous cells. A range could be a row, or many rows. There is a restriction on ranges, and is that all cells it should be contiguous. The all range is in rectangular shape.
26) Order of Evaluation
Order of Evaluation: It dictates minus sign - used as a negation operator like -1 is evaluated before all other operators. Order of evaluation enclose the part of the formula to be calculated first in parentheses.
25) Operator
Operator: Is a symbols that represents a function. Like the + sign is an operator, which represents addition.
24) Operand
Operand: In all computer languages, expressions it has 2 types of components, which are operands, and operators. Operands are the object that can be touch, or manipulated. The operators are the symbols and it represents the functions that make.
23) Mixed Cell Reference
Mixed Cell Reference: Is used in formulas, functions, charts, & other excel commands. It contents a column letter & the row number that intersect at the cell's location in spreadsheet like the D2 OR AZ234.
22) Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Excel: Is a program of spreadsheets. Is part from the same creator of Microsoft Power Point, and Word pad. Excel has many tools that are useful for the user. And there is different versions of Microsoft Excel, each version is more advance than the previous.
21) Mathematical Functions
Mathematical Functions: Is located in Excel and is used to perform common mathematical operations, like adding, also multiplication, and rounding numbers.

20) Macro
Macro: Is a symbol is a name, or key, that represents a list of commands, actions or keystrokes. There is many programs that allow you to create macros so that the user can put one character or word to perform a whole series of actions.
19) Header Row
Header Row: The user can found the header row in Excel, is used to identify each row in the worksheet. Is located to the left of column 1 in the worksheet.
18) Grid
Grid: Is a form of networking, grid is useful for processing cycles of all computers in a network for solving problems too.
17) Graph
Graph: Is a representation of a set of objects where some pairs of the objects are connected with links. There is also another meaning, a graph could be a software and can generate 2 dimensional plots data sets, and mathematical functions.

Function Formula: Are useful to perform calculations of excel spreadsheet. Excel formulas are 1 of the most useful features of the program.
15) Freeze
Freeze: Is when the computer gets locked up. If is locked up the computer would not make any movement when is freeze. It does not recognizes the keyboards, mouse, and the the user had to manually reboot the PC.

Formula: Is a calculation that is performed on one or more variables. The computer programs contain formulas. The formulas are used to process data, that is passed through the function & output result.

Filter: Is a program that accepts certain type of information (data) as an input, transforms it in some manner, and then outputs the transformed data.
12) Embedded Chart
Embedded Chart: Is found in Microsoft Excel, it allow the user to take data from the user's worksheet and position chart within the chart.

Column Heading: A column heading is a title above a column of text or numbers in a box or table. Column headings can support sorting or other actions when the user clicks on one of them.

Thumbnails: Is a little display of a page to be printed, it also allow the user to see the layout of many pages on the screen at once. Most of the time the thumbnails are really little to show the actual text.
